My kid loves it!
There was only one defect. The studs that hold the shelf up aren’t very well attached. I needed to re-glue one because it fell off during assemby. But overall a great buy. It’s getting a lot of use.

This is fun easel. Better than the plain ones you see out there. My kid uses it every day and it keeps her from writing on things she’s not suppose to.
